Most of the pieces on here will be charcoal drawings, though I also dabble in a variety of media. I enjoy the constraint of working in monochrome. In my drawings I aim to recover the experience of light on a scene that often gets lost in photographs, and the lack of color enhances my own focus on that as well as the end result.
